(Hong Kong) Face-to-face InnoPreneur Forum in HKPC

Our 3rd #InnoPreneur Forum finally went f2f today at #HKPC after the 1st & 2nd forums were online. 150+ audiences physically joined our forum plus those folks through live streaming & online. Our theme was #MarTech. Thanks for the leadership & effort from #HKPC Mohamed Butt, Karen F., Marius Chow & Elly Yip and #HKIM Ivan Wong 陳裕光博士 to co-organize this forum.

I moderated a panel discussion with MarTech gurus Daryl Choy, John Lo #iClick, Edwin Wong #Cloudbreaker and Allen Wong #Deloitte. We talked about how to leverage #BigData in MarTech including #KOL #analytics, #SocialMedia, #Miniprogram, #CustomerJourney, #KPI, etc. We also explored the challenges in adopting & justifying MarTech investment especially in the context of #SME #Digitalization. Really appreciate their sharing. We all learned a lot.

In order to help strengthen the #DigitalLiteracy of the audiences, I presented over 150 complimentary copies of my book #數碼力大提升 to the participants today. I also happily signed my names on the books & took photos with those who received my book.

Glad to see many partners, friends & students of mine were there to support me. Thank you to all. Have a great weekend.

(Hong Kong) Secret Skills of Today’s Digital Leaders – HKPC’s Sharing

I have experienced a #LearningOrganization in Hong Kong today. #HKPC 香港生產力促進局 runs an internal forum every month to gather all colleagues together to learn relevant topics from external and internal experts. I love the tag #growth in the amazing new work space in HKPC. Great #culture!

Today, it was my honour to be invited by HKPC to share my view on #FutureSkills. Over 300 colleagues participated. Thanks Mohamed Butt Karen F. Marius Chow for their arrangement and their #talents #leadership at HKPC.

Top three future skills in my view are:
1. #DigitalLiteracy
2. #Intrapreneurship
3. #Ecosystem #Collaboration

These skills are the secret sauce of today’s digital leaders including #TechGiants, #Unicorns and even #incumbents who have transformed successfully. More importantly, they have democratized these skills to every single colleague, tech and non-tech, in their companies.

Today is a big big day for our Master’s students at #CUHK #BusinessSchool CUHK Business School – Masters because today is their graduation day. Congratulations to you all my fellow students for your marvelous accomplishment.
