How should we leverage #DigitalTransformation to capture the opportunities in the 80+ million people #GBA market? Glad to have a chance to discuss this theme with influential leaders in Hong Kong. It included
1. Professor Andrew Chan, President of the #GBABusinessSchool
2. Edmond Lai, Chief Digital Officer of #HKPC
3. Andrew Ling, Director of Value Advisory, #SAPHK

Thanks for #SAP and #HKET to organize such a great forum. Appreciate the effort from Sandy Yu, Helen Lam and many other SAP and HKET colleagues.

I also shared my experience as one of the judges for the 2021 Digital Transformation Awards #DinggeAwards #鼎革獎 where I witnessesed and learnt from many innovative and impactful digital transformation real-life cases implemented by enterprises from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The Awards is an annual competition organized by #HarvardBusinessReview, #HBR, #TsinghuaUniversity and #SAP. Hong Kong started participating this competition first time in 2021.

Really grateful to have an opportunity to discuss with GBA and digitalization experts in Hong Kong as well as mainland China. Thanks for #SAP #HKET #HKPC #GBABusinessSchool jointly organized it.

In particular, I was really pleased that we had my mentoring professor Andrew Chan, the President of the #GBA Business School, to share his views on the development of the GBA region.

Then, we had a panel on #DigitalTransformation in the context of the GBA with 2 of my friends. I firstly talked about the key success factors of digital transformation where customer centricity was the key. Andrew Ling from #SAP shared his experience to manage supply chain under uncertainty. Edmond Lai from #HKPC went through a few examples how #SMEs in Hong Kong to leverage on technologies to seize opportunities and manage challenges in these few years including the pandemic time.

Two leading enterprises from the mainland, #Bosch (China) Investment Ltd. and #Terminexus (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. also shared their digital transformation experience. They were the winners of the Digital Transformation Awards #鼎革獎。

The award aims to encourage companies in the mainland and Hong Kong to learn from each other on their digital transformation journey.
