FinTech Sina SinaFinance 新浪財經 has organized a forum in Hong Kong ExchangeHKEX today. Speakers from FinancialServices incumbents, FinTech start-ups and investors were there to exchange ideas and experience.

I was one of the speakers in the Greater Bay Finance and Innovation Panel together with UBS Amy Lo, WHUB Karena Belin, CryptoBLK Andrew Hon, and 同盾科技 陈达亮.

Thanks for Witman Hung as our moderator. Our topic was how traditional financial services in Hong Kong can embrace innovation in the DigitalEconomy. My viewpoint was just one word “Open”. What I meant was:

OpenSource

OpenData

OpenAPI

OpenMindset OpenCulture (most important)

OpenAccelerator or Accelerator 2.0 (enterprises across different industries co-create hackathons to empower startups and young minds to innovate ways to create a great customer journey)

光大,WeLab Professor Chan, HKUST Dean of Business School Kar Yan Tam, HKBAN  Samson Tam, 云峰 were there as well.

More views from other speakers can be found here https://lnkd.in/fPiEipW It was impressive that Sina posted live feeds, live photos and reported all news that fast as above. Well done, team. And a big thank you all from Sina Finance Global.
