Really like the award categories of the Best HR Awards 2020 #BestHRAwards2020 organized by #CTgoodjobs. They are innovative and inspiring. In particular, I like these categories:
Best GenZ Attraction Award
Best HR Analytics Strategy Award
Best in HR Digitalisation Award
Best Innovative HR Initiative Award
Best L&D Technology Implementation Award
I am pleased to see that these categories were all encouraging #HR to leverage more on #innovation and #technology to empower their companies, colleagues and even partners. It is an excellent direction towards the #DigitalEconomy.
