Congrats to all winners of the Best HR Awards 2021 organized by #CTGoodJobs. Lots of innovation from the HR professionals this year. I particularly love the inspiring categories of the awards like GenZ Attraction, HR Digitalization, HR Analytics, Diversity and Inclusion, Top Happiest Culture, Best Change Leadership, and more. It really signified and recognized what really matters in the digital age. More about the award categories and respective winners can be found here:
Thank you for CTGoodJobs, the judges like Jeff Tam Virginia Choi JP and the crew behind the scene. Appreciate Vivienne Wong #HKET and her CTGoodJobs teammates Reo Lam Christine C. Cyrus Chow and more to organize such an inspiring and encouraging Awards for all of us. Well done.
I was grateful to be invited as a keynote speaker of the ceremony. According to a recent #WEF report, in the digitally transformed world, more than 1 billion people need to be upskilled by 2030. HR plays a pivotal role to make it happen. I shared my experience on empowering and upskilling talents on data literacy as it is one of the top Future Skills that every one of us needs to be good at. If you have missed my sharing session or you were there but want to review my key points, please feel free to download my deck here.
Thanks Miko Cheung for her inspiring speech on “Be my own CHO – Chief Happiest Officer” and Teddy Liu sharing as well. Glad to witness many great HR leaders to receive their recognition there such as Patricia Yeung #Mcdonald, Eliza Ng #hkpc, Andy Luk #Informamarkets, Celine Chow #DBSHK, Caleigh Chan #EY, Stanley Tsui #ASM, Kevin Chu #KaiShing and many others. Also, thanks for my #OpenCertHub and #OpenCertHubAcademy teammates Andy Kwok Eric Luo for their support and effort.
