𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 9 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁4𝐁 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞!

Feeling grateful to stand on the B4B Challenge Stage once again during our 9th anniversary. Over the years, we’ve nurtured entrepreneurs from both Hong Kong and Shanghai, empowering them to harness data in solving urban challenges and fostering collaboration between these dynamic cities. It’s been inspiring to witness young talents grow into accomplished entrepreneurs and corporate leaders—seeing many of them return this year to celebrate our milestone was truly touching.

This year’s theme continues to focus on PropTech 🏢 and ESG 🌿, with an exciting addition: AI-driven Virtual Technology. Our award presentation ceremony was held as a part of the Hong Kong INNOEX 2025. We were amazed by the innovative ideas showcased by our contestants! Thank you, Rex Ching from TVB, for your support and insightful sharing. I also had the privilege to present my thoughts on AI and PropTech, and how to strike the delicate balance between innovation and sustainability in this transformative AI era.

A heartfelt thank-you goes out to Tony Wong and Daniel Cheung from HKSAR Digital Policy Office DPO (and Victor Lam, former OGCIO) and HKTDC for their unwavering support throughout the years. And, of course, big kudos to my incredible teammates Francois Lee, Herbert Chia, Candi Yeung, Dorothy Ip and many behind the scene at B4B for your passion, persistence, and dedication!
