Recognizing Digital Transformation in China – The Dingge Awards (#鼎革獎)

In recent years, China has been a hotbed of technological innovation and transformed their businesses and industries in the digital era. From #eCommerce to #Platforms, #Fintech to #Blockchain, #Data to #AI, #Proptech to #Greentech, and #SmartMobility to #SmartLiving, just name a few, the advancements are truly remarkable. While there’s much to learn from these developments, it’s equally important to recognize and celebrate the pioneers, evangelists, and leaders driving these changes.

The Dingge Awards（#鼎革獎）, organized by SAP and CaiJing Finance Media （#中国財經杂志） with support from leading universities, aims to do just that.
“鼎，取新也；革，去故也。” -《周易・杂卦》

I’m honored to have served as a judge of this Awards representing Hong Kong for the last few years. It’s been an eye-opening experience to see how these leading companies are not only empowering their teams with technology and innovation but also creating new business models and opportunities in the digital economy.

This year, the awards have introduced a new AI category. I look forward to seeing more AI and GenAI applications that create unprecedented competitive advantages for companies. Will share with you later about my inspiration and learning in this journey.
