Whatโ€™s ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š ๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ? For me, the answer came loud and clear during the final presentations from six incredible teams at HKT.

My fellow CUHK professors Dr. Gilbert Cheung, Prof. Dominic Chan and I were ๐ก๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง ๐š ๐†๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ๐ญ๐ก x ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ฒ x ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐‡๐Š๐“โ€™๐ฌ ๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ž ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐š๐œ๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐†๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ. Through three dynamic modulesโ€”growth mindset & innovation, strategic thinking & decision-making, and change management in transformationโ€”we guided participants through a hands-on hackathon experience. The final presentations were nothing short of inspiring. The passion, effort, and transformation we witnessed were remarkableโ€”from mindset shifts to bold business model innovations.
