Feeling incredibly proud to have been part of this year’s ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ง๐ฎ๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ง๐๐ซ, where past and present students came together to celebrate three decades of excellence. Seeing graduates from our first cohort in 1995, including Susanna Chiu, Francis Mok, and Thomas Wan, reconnect with us was truly inspiring! Three major leaders for our EMBA programme were there including Professor Andrew Yuen, Professor Andrew Chan and Professor Pong Yuen, Howard Lam. Heartfelt thank to all their incredible effort, and all engaged professors and colleagues, to have built this vibrant group of talents for Hong Kong.
We also welcomed the amazing guests who have enriched our learning experience through guest lecture and mentoring over the years. It included Rocky Cheng, Dr. George Lam, Eric Hui, Dick Fong, Fareeda Cassumbhoy, Jacqueline Chong, Jacky Chan, William Wong, Michael Yung, Lawrence Chau, CFA, Christina So, Catherine Chan, just name a few. Appreciate their unwavering support to us. A huge thank you to them!
The event featured two insightful panels:
Randy Lai, CEO of McDonald‘s (Cohort 2005), and Ryan Lai, CEO of Foodpanda (Cohort 2025), shared their wisdom in a discussion moderated by another elite student, Calvin L. (Cohort 2025).
Another powerhouse panel featured Andy Ann from NDN Group (Cohort 2009) and Amy Chan from HKJC (Cohort 2014), our distinguished alumni, expertly guided by Yannie Soo (Cohort 2025).
Good to see many of my students Ryan Lai, Calvin Lam, Yannie Soo, Henry Hui, Billy Wong (้ปๅฟๆ), Mae C., Macy Chan, Margaret Chau, Anita Chan, Priscilla Chan, DAHAL DK, Carrie Ng, Kenneth Wong (he/him/his), Gary Wong, Jane L., Wendy Y. W. Lee, Regina Yip, just name a few. I am so grateful and fortunate to have these bright leaders as my students. The night ended on a high note with a heartfelt EMBA song performed by the organizing committeeโa perfect tribute to an unforgettable evening!
