Grateful for the opportunity to share insights on Intelligent Finance alongside brilliant minds like Alex Hung, Emil Chan, and Frazer Lam at China CITIC Bank International Limited’s (CNCBI) Agile Week 2025. We dove deep into the evolving landscape of AI, Gen AI, Agentic AI, Blockchain, Web3 β€”and the future of StableCoins in banking.

We also explored global AI adoptionβ€”from the US to Singapore to mainland Chinaβ€”and reflected on how Hong Kong can learn, adapt, and thrive.

3. π€πˆ π‹π’π­πžπ«πšπœπ² πƒπžπ¦π¨πœπ«πšπ­π’π³πšπ­π’π¨π§
In addition, I shared my experience in democratizing AI literacy to everyone in the organization:
– Using AI & GenAI to solve real-world problems
– Empowering users to build their own AI agents
– Communicating and delivering storytelling with AI and data
– Encouraging daily AI habits while keeping humans in the loop for compliance and governance

4. π’π²π§πžπ«π π’π¬π­π’πœ π‚π«π¨π¬π¬π¨π―πžπ« π€πˆ 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁π₯𝐨𝐜𝐀𝐜𝐑𝐚𝐒𝐧
There are quite a few innovative applications, such as, leveraging AI and blockchain on data-driven credit assessment for supply chain financing.

5. 𝐁𝐚π₯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 π”π¬πž 𝐨𝐟 π“π«πšππ’π­π’π¨π§πšπ₯ π€πˆ 𝐚𝐧𝐝 π†πžπ§πžπ«πšπ­π’π―πž π€πˆ
GenAI is fantastic but still cannot solve many problems that traditional AI is good at like structured data analysis, real-time decision-making, optimization, rule-based logic, anomaly detection, and time series forecasting. Knowing when and how to use traditional AI and generative AI in solving different problems are critical.
