By demonstrating how AI can automate, augment, and amplify agentsโ€™ capabilities, we explored how to unlock time and resources so they can do what humans excel at: understand customer needs, help them solve problems, engage and sustain exceptionally good relationships with them.

Key Insight: Human ๐€๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐œ๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ. AI supports the journey, but humans lead it.

Another takeaway: Decision-making should be rooted not just in experienceโ€”but in ๐๐š๐ญ๐š ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ง๐ ๐€๐ˆ-๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ.
