Navigating Innovation Failure: Valuable Insights for Business Leaders
I am grateful to have had the opportunity to deliver the first sharing forum in Macau after the Covid period. The topic of my talk was “Navigating Innovation Failure: Valuable Insights for Business Leaders.” During the visit, we had the chance to explore the new Galaxy Group International Convention Center (GICC) and gain valuable insights into their MICE business operations. Thanks to the Galaxy team Filipe Senna Fernandes, Rebecca Chou and Will Fu.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to esteemed government officials Dr. Alex Che from the Science and Technology Development Fund and Dr. William Chao from the Talent Development Council for joining my talk. It was a pleasure to see many of our CUHK EMBA and MBA alumni in attendance, along with elite leaders from major companies and entrepreneurs in Macau. Thank you all for your support.
Macau is currently on a journey of industry diversification and transformation. Innovation plays a crucial role in the success of both the private and public sectors in this transformation. I hope that my sharing has provided some valuable insights and inspiration to the local elite leaders. This is only the beginning of my contribution, and I look forward to continuing to collaborate with leaders in Macau, particularly in the growth of the innovation and technology industry.
