In the past few days, I had the wonderful opportunity to return to my beloved motherland, Macau, and give back to the society that shaped me.

Visiting the beautiful University of Macau (UMAC) campus in Hengqin was a highlight! Big thanks to Catherine, a bright student ambassador of UMAC, for guiding me on a fantastic tour.

It was an honor to deliver a sharing session on AI for Sustainability in Shenzhen to the DBA and EMBA alumni and students. I talked about the good side and bad side of AI in particular LLM on Sustainability. More about my sharing can be found in my HKEJ Hong Kong Economic Journal Columnใ€Œๅ‰ต็ง‘ๆ–ฐ่ฆ–้‡Žใ€here

Special thanks to UMAC’s Vice Rector Professor Michael Hui, Dean of Business School Professor Jun Yu, and Professor Andrew Chan for inviting me. I also enjoyed our discussions on business and academic development in Macau, Hong Kong, mainland and the rest of the world.

UMAC has made impressive strides and is on the right upward trend, earning international accreditation and rankings in the recent years. I truly appreciate their incredible efforts to cultivate our next generation with excellent programs and faculty.
