What a journey it’s been! Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as one of the advisors for the Business GoVirtual #BGOV Conference (https://lnkd.in/grWtxvGy), curated and led with excellence by Culsin Li, the Chief Visionary Officer and Founder of Baobab Tree Event. What a well-matched title for Culsin’s vision and passion!

Together with a powerhouse advisory team, we’ve co-created experiences filled with insight, innovation, and impact—each conference a meaningful chapter in our shared story. Heartfelt thank to Culsin and her team for their incredible effort and trust to our advisory team to have organized these 3 amazing conferences in a row.

BGOV 2025 was another milestone with the theme “AI+ Power”, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and sparking essential conversations about the role of emerging and powerful AI technologies in business. One of my favorite traditions? Our annual advisors celebration dinner—a gathering full of laughter, reflections, and unforgettable flavors. Culsin also shared her amazing entrepreneurial journey. It was incredible, encouraging and touching. This year’s reunion felt legendary, carefully orchestrated by Culsin and her amazing teammates Cathina Huen and Denise Ho. Always special. Always inspiring.

For three consecutive years, DALA – Data & AI Literacy Association #DALA has proudly powered the opening CEO Forum—a space where leaders dive deep into real-world challenges and their digital innovation. In 2025, my opening panel focused on: “CEO Perspectives: Reality Check of AI and ROI Dilemmas”.
