Recently, I had the privilege of joining a Hong Kong delegation to Singaporeโa thoughtful initiative organized by NCS Group for their annual NCS Impact Conference. The trip brought together leaders and experts from across sectors to exchange ideas, explore collaboration opportunities, and witness firsthand how Singapore is advancing the frontier of AI and digital transformation.

During our visit to IMDA, we gained valuable insights from Kiren Kumar, who articulated how Singapore balances innovation with governance.

One of the trip’s highlights was engaging with fellow delegates from Hong Kong. Special thanks to Lily Lai from Airport Authority Hong Kong and Wai-yin Wan from MTR, who shared powerful insights into how AI is being applied across aviation, transport, and public infrastructure. Their experiences in AI adoption, implementation, and governance added depth and relevance to the conversations we had throughout the week.
