Unlocking Strategic Customer Insights and GenAI Resilience in the Financial Sector

I am honored to have had the opportunity to deliver a speech and moderate a panel on #GenAI at the 2024 #TransUnion Hong Kong Financial Services Summit today. During my speech, I discussed the various opportunities, risks, and human’s roles in the GenAI journey within the financial services industry.
Following that, I had the privilege of hosting a panel with three esteemed AI experts in the field who shared their own #GenAI use cases and the challenges they have encountered. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Alvin Cheung #AWS, 鄭嘉泓 #Wizpresso and Edward Wu #WeLab for their valuable contributions.

In addition to the AI-focused discussions, the Summit featured other inspiring speakers who shared insights on the global economy, opportunities in the Greater Bay Area (#GBA), and credit analysis worldwide. I would like to commend my colleagues at TransUnion for their excellent job in delivering these informative sessions. It is amazing to know how much customer insights that we can learn from some critical credit-related attributes, like Credit Line Increase, Top of Wallet Card, etc. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
