Grateful for the opportunity to visit the emerging HSITP Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park #HSITP and envision the next chapter of Hong Kong’s technology landscape. At 4× the size of HKSTP, HSITP isn’t just about scale — it represents a bold testing ground for cross‑boundary data flows, talent mobility, financial innovation, and next‑gen transport solutions. HSITP strategically positions itself in the Life Sciences, AI and Decision Science and Micro Electronics where it has a key role to play for the Hong Kong as well as our national plan.

With Hong Kong’s unique strengths — international market access, world‑class universities, IP protection, common law, and global talent — HSITP is positioned to become a powerful bridge:
• Mainland Chinese tech scaling into Hong Kong and global markets
• International tech entering the GBA with confidence and speed

This visit is part of our DALA – Data & AI Literacy Association #DALA learning‑by‑seeing initiative, where members learn directly from real‑world innovation in action. At DALA, we curate multiple ways for our community to learn from each other across AI, data, emerging tech, and innovation — through study trips, forums, lunch‑and‑learn sessions, competitions, training programs, and research collaborations.
