I was pleased to reconnect with the AXA AXA management team today after our GBA study tour in June https://lnkd.in/gBWv6Aa7. We had a fruitful discussion about the synergistic impact of talent and data across the Hong Kong-mainland boundary. For a multinational company like AXA in Hong Kong, it’s essential to formulate a sound strategy and implementation plan to leverage talent and data across the boundary. Our CUHK Business School APIB team organized various initiatives to empower AXA senior management and young leaders to seize the opportunities in the GBA.
