I am so honored to meet with Mr. Ho, the Chief Executive of Macao SAR Government, again. He chaired the Technology Council of the government, where I am one of the appointed members alongside top innovators, technologists, professors and business leaders in Macao.
The Technology Council advises the government on the growth of the innovation and technology industry in Macao and how technology can empower the 「1+4」 diversification strategy of Macao.
I shared my views on how Macao should be better prepared for the AI Era, including AI Citizen, Supercomputing Centre, and AI Factory. The CE was very supportive, and we had great discussions on these topics.
I also shared how Macao and Hong Kong can collaborate in the innovation and technology areas. You may read the article in my 「創科新視野」column in the Economic Journey Hong Kong Economic Journal.
